A Brief History of Tier One |

Tier One was established in 1999 to service the corporate sector in the areas of ICT project management and consulting. After several years of servicing a number of major organisations and corporations Tier One undertook a change in focus. From 2003 Tier One commenced servicing the Small to Medium Enterprise (5-200 employees) with a focus on Medium Sized enterprises (20-200 employees). Originally based in Melbourne's CBD Tier One outgrew its central office facilities and in 2005 estalished an office in Mount Waverley to service the SME market. This office now serves as a base for Tier One's Melbourne operations. Changes in operational focus and significant growth in customers in North East Victoria resulted in the establishment of a 3rd office in the Albury-Wodonga Region in early 2007. The Wodonga office has thrived and now as well as serving a growing base of customers also serves as the Operational and Administrative Head Office of Tier One. After a decade of growth and development, Tier One is now expanding its operations through organic grown and strategic acquistions in major regional areas. |

Tier One has consulted to many organisations ranging from the very large to smaller organisations. Tier One offers business and management consulting services in a number of disciplines. We also deliver end to end ICT solutions for our customers. Our primary client base is the Small to Medium Enterprise. We also provide consulting services including resources for short-term troubleshooting or point solution requirements. To do so effectively we need maintain strategic relationships with many vendors including most major hardware and software companies so that we can better deliver solutions that meet our clients needs. |
